Trying Something new with a model session

HOW AWESOME ARE THESE TWO! For the longest time I’ve been iffy with my photos. I wanted to start capturing a certain emotion rather than just an image. This means taking a leap to photograph a completely 360 style. More moody feels and neutral tones. Alex who I’ve known for a few years now and has been by my side doing makeup for my seniors. Madeline who is Alex’s friend and also went to school with  me for a year, but never had the chance to talk! They were both so down to do a model session!

I love how willing these two were to dress up and model in the freezing cold. We kind of didn’t really plan our exact locations, it was more on the whim. We found some alleys, parking garage, and went to the library. The last location was Romolo’s Chocolate after I got gas. The girls were cold and needed a hot coca from inside the shop. And I couldn’t just end there without taking pictures along the pink wall!

I can’t wait to have more sessions like this with girls who rock a style I could only dream of!
