The other day when I was on my way home from a track invitational in North East we drove past the Mercyhurst North East campus. I had never really noticed how gorgeous this campus actually is. The gorgeous blue green tinted windows were gorgeous. It was like a castle, the way the buildings were designed. I was personally in love with the color stone all on the campus.What caught my eye was the BLOOMING spring trees all around. I have never had a session in the spring that I could actually come back to the tree that was blooming and it still be there. I had to get to the tree before the rain made the pedals fall. So, you already know I texted a friend and the next day I was out there taking pictures.

When I was editing I noticed these images came out more light and airy that I usually take pictures. I really don’t strive to take images in this style, but I couldn’t help it! The light tones just complimented the trees, her outfit, and the day all together. Sometimes I just have to switch it up a bit.

I am so thankful that Alex was so willing to come out last minute. We have played soccer together over the years summer leagues and high-school. We’ve talked about having a session together for the LONGEST time, but never got around to it. When we finally did, you already know I was so excited! Thank you so much sweet girl for finding time in your Sunday to hangout with me!
